When I painted this portrait, I wanted to capture the complexity of what we show and what we hide. The shadows became a veil, while the light revealed her softness and strength. I imagine “Shadow of Radiance” adding both warmth and intrigue to a room, like a reminder that beauty often lies in what’s unspoken
